Our Original Recipe Tomato Sauce is an Impastato family recipe from our home in Cenisi, Sicily. We prepare this sauce the same way it has been prepared for over 100 years, just as Sal does in the restaurant every day. We use only the freshest, all natural ingredients, like vine-ripened tomatoes, fresh onions, garlic and basil, extra virgin olive oil and a blend of spices. We make everything by hand to ensure the highest quality and greatest taste.
